Tilt Shift Construction

Here are a few images of my tilt shift lens construction. I've found an old Schneider Componon-S lens that has a large enough image circle that I will be able to get some movement without too much light fall off or loss of sharpness. My first test images where made with the hot glued hand held bellows below:

I was able to get a rough estimate of focal lengths and potential tilt amounts. With that info I put together this quick 3D model:

Now that I've worked out most of the kinks, I've started putting pieces together. I've sewn a bellows out of vinyl and the other components out of stock aluminium. The real trick has been figuring out the thumb screws. My solution was to use a female thumb screw with a short screw acting as a stud. Got the Nikon F-Mount from a local repair shop, and my focusing rack I've ordered and am hoping to receive very shortly.
