I just finished my tilt shift lens and have a few backyard shots for you. The first few are a departure from the typical miniature look people always seem to gravitate towards and are just examples of what the lens can do optically.
I'm getting an unexpected halo from the front element picking up ambient light, and though it looked nice in the below photo, I will be fashioning a hood to help out with this problem as it affects the lens' contrast in brightly lit situations.
I'll get a post up with images and explanations of the lens in the next day or two along with information on making your own. I also have some miniaturized shots of the West end here in Dallas that I got with the new lens just this morning.
